Hartstown Community School
Hartstown Community School is located in the centre of the parishes of Hartstown and Huntstown and runs adult education courses and evening classes in Dublin 15.
Hartstown Community School was established in 1992 and the building was opened officially in 1996. It is a modern facility with general and fully equipped specialist classrooms.
The Community Education Programme at Hartstown Community School has been running since Sept 1994 catering for adults in the Greater Blanchardstown Area and beyond and we currently offer in excess of 90 evening classes over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6 – 10pm. While most of our classes are of the hobby/leisure type we do offer some accredited courses in conjunction with the universities and colleges of further education.
Courses offered include languages, barbering, beauty, cookery, dance, computers, wood-turning, yoga, pilates, golf, childcare, floristry, photography, art, cake decoration, craftwork, jewellery making, web design, and many more! Courses at Hartstown Community School are offered over two 10 week terms Autumn (Sept – Dec) and Spring (Jan – Apr). Enrolment may be done by post or phone with credit/debit card details or online through our website www.hartstown-cep.com. Payment is also accepted by cheque or postal/money order. Open evenings are also held in the school from 7 – 9pm or you may call to the adult education office from 10am – 3pm at the beginning of each term.
