An Introduction to Scuba Diving hosted by Viking Sub Aqua Club is a 6-lesson and 2 practical dives course which will provide an introduction to the basic principles of Scuba Diving covering the skills needed to begin your underwater exploration.
Fun and interactive programme which explores the importance of individual‘s ‘self-care’ and encourages participants to build their own ‘self-care toolkit’ which includes healthy habits for their mental health and wellbeing.
