Tai Chi – The Perfect Activity for You! You’ve probably heard of the ancient Chinese practice called Tai chi and wondered what it is. It originated in China as a martial art and has evolved to become a mind-body practice loved by people the world over whose lives are enriched by the physical and emotional benefits they receive from Tai chi.
