Jonathan Hall Kantar and Elisabeth Fitzpatrick Wilson Hartnell

Jonathan Hall is the Managing Partner for Kantar’s Sustainable Transformation Practice, which works globally for private and public sector organisations.

The core expertise of the Practice is in understanding the relevance of sustainability issues by sector, developing and helping activate meaningful and authentic Purpose, devising innovation solutions, unlocking behaviour change, and structuring impactful measurement programmes.

Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience of creating breakthrough brand, innovation and consumer strategies, and has led businesses in the UK, France and East- & West-Coast US: in the fields of innovation, design, communications, brand development and consumer insight.

For the past 20 years, Jonathan has been a regular contributor in the national and trade media and academic journals, as well as on conference platforms. He is a long-standing member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Brand Management, an Oxford University graduate, completed a Postgrad in Sustainable Business at Cambridge University and is a member at the sustainability-oriented members’ club, The Conduit.

Elisabeth Fitzpatrick, Joint Head of Consumer PR & Influence, Wilson Hartnell.

As joint head of the Consumer PR & Influence practice at Wilson Hartnell, Elisabeth leads a team that is responsible for the development of the strategic and creative outputs for key accounts within WH, ensuring that they meet and exceed client expectations. An experienced communicator, Elisabeth has 20+ years’ strategic communications experience spanning finance, food and drink, retail, energy, technology, travel and tourism.

Jennifer English, Global Brand Director for Baileys and Roe & Co Irish whiskey at Diageo.

Jennifer English is Global Brand Director for Baileys and Roe & Co Irish whiskey at Diageo. She is responsible for strategy, commercial, marketing and performance for the world’s most loved spirits brand. Jennifer has been at Diageo for most of two decades working across European, US and Global roles in beer and spirits.

Mark Doyle, Chief Marketing Officer, AIB

Mark is a leading marketing and business leader with over 20 years global marketing experience, successfully building brands and driving commercial success across multiple organisations and industry sectors including AIB, eir, Diageo, Northern Foods and Pernod Richard.

Following a three year tenure as AIB Group Brands Director, Mark was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in 2018, with responsibly for all marketing activity and the Customer First agenda for AIB Group, which incorporates AIB, EBS and Allied Irish (GB) brands.

Mark is originally from Limerick and now based in Dublin.

Sharon Murphy, CEO Wilson Hartnell.

Sharon is the Chief Executive of Wilson Hartnell. She has been with the company for over 20 years and prior to this role, she ran the Consumer Practice for 12 years. Sharon is former Chairman of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA 2015 – 2017) and a former Board member of the International Communications Consultants Organisation (2015-2017). Sharon has extensive experience across multiple sectors including FMCG, utilities, banking, telecommunications, insurance and retail.

Brands Delivering the Experience of a Green Tomorrow

Edel McCarthy is Chief Marketing Officer with Electric Ireland Superhomes, a recently launched home retrofit One Stop Shop committed to guiding Irish homeowners to warmer, comfortable and more energy efficient homes while supporting the achievement of Ireland’s climate action targets through a commitment to delivering 35,000 home retrofits by 2030.

Edel started her marketing career in a number of Irish start-up including before moving to telcoms company eir before joining Microsoft Ireland as Marketing Manager for their Xbox and Entertainment division. From there she joined ESB and managed a number of strategic communications projects before establishing their Digital Marketing function. Most recently she was Head of Sponsorship & Brand for ESB Group where was responsible for strategic direction, acquisition, negotiation and activation across a diverse sponsorship portfolio, which included the GAA Minor Championships and Darkness Into Light sponsorships. She is a graduate of UCC and the Smurfit Business School (UCD).

Ruth Cosgrove – Group Marketing & Communications Director

Ruth joined Smurfit Kappa in October 2015, and was appointed Group Marketing & Communications Director in January 2019. Before joining Smurfit Kappa, she held various marketing roles at Britvic International, Kepak and Johnson & Johnson working on the American, Benelux and Irish markets. Over the past 20 years, Ruth has developed her expertise building brand value and reputation across many global brands. Ms.Cosgrove is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing and a Diploma in Digital Marketing.

Aideen O’Neill joined Verve in 2009 and in 2011 was appointed Head of Activations.

In 2012 Aideen joined the Verve Senior Leadership Team

Aideen is a Global Award winning figurehead in the Experiential Industry. She has a passion for the industry and prides herself on continuously innovating and delivering creative, engaging experiential campaigns. Aideen works across both national and international projects for clients including Coca-Cola, Diageo, Kellogg’s and Unilever

Aideen also leads the Sustainability Team in Verve, and most recently secured their ISO certification for the 8th consecutive year in Ireland as well as leading the UK Team to secure their ISO certification for the 1st year. The sustainability team ensures that Verve are always seeking ways to reduce the environmental impact of events and activations while also raising awareness through engagement and creativity.
