5. In-House Panel Discussion

Topics: Our panel discusses enhancing the effectiveness of the in-house legal team in the current climate. The presentations focus on what makes teams work or hinders their effectiveness, the types of legal functions, from centralised to decentralised, and their pros and cons, and how to manage transition and change within teams. Presentations are informed by questions raised by the In-house & Public Sector Committee and will address the remote management of teams. The select panel of both public and private sector in-house solicitors share personal observations and insights based on their career experiences.
