DCU’s Spring Open Day is taking place on Saturday 1st April and the doors of the Glasnevin and St. Patrick’s Campuses will be open to prospective students and their families from 10 am until 2 pm.

Here’s what you can expect:
Course presentations: Course presentations will cover details about the courses you are most interested in at DCU and provide the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have!
Campus tours: If you are considering studying at DCU, it is important that you get a feel for our campuses. They are wonderful places to study and could be your home from home for the next three or four years. Campus accommodation tours will also take place on the day.
General talks: The general talks will take place throughout the day and will offer information specific to the DCU student experience as well as advice about university life in general that will benefit you wherever you decide to study.

Dublin City University has gone through a huge transformation recently, offering DCU courses and lifelong learning courses in North Dublin. The university has expanded its campus and range of courses by connecting St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra (SPD), Mater Dei Institute of Education (MDI) and Church of Ireland College of Education (CICE). These big changes at DCU cater for 16,000 students on DCU courses as they venture into their third level education. The expansion will increase DCU’s facilities across North Dublin, providing students with more time and space to focus on personal, academic and skill development throughout their duration at the university.

The North Dublin university offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes, while also presenting DCU Connected, their Online Leaning Courses platform for students who work full-time or at a geographical disadvantage. For recreation, Dublin City University has state of the art sports facilities including swimming pool, soccer centre, squash courts, fitness centre, studios and a lot more.
