“Create” Student Showcase Festival, Wednesday 8th May, CDCFE Raheny Campus

Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education are hosting Create student showcase in their Raheny campus, Springdale Road, on Wednesday 8th May from 1pm – 4pm.

The Art & Design Department at CDCFE will showcase their student work through an art exhibition, market stalls, workshops and interactive activities.

Students from courses such as Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Art & Design Portfolio, Advanced Art, Fashion Design & Styling, Animation, Photography, Pottery and Craft Production will present their final creative works at this fun event.There will be BBQ on the day as well as live music and entertainment from CDCFE’s Media students.

A ceremony for the inaugural City of Dublin ETB Sports and Cultural Council (SCC) Art, Craft & Design Awards will also take place at the event. Students from any City of Dublin ETB college are invited to enter their creative works. The winners will receive a €100 prize voucher, as well as a bespoke plaque crafted by Coláiste Dhúlaigh CFE tutor and artist Tanya Elliot Nyegaard. All are welcome to attend the event and come to see all that is on offer.

CDCFE offers over 70 courses across three campuses in Coolock, Raheny and Kilbarrack. Programmes are available at a range of levels from QQI Levels 4, 5 & 6, Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Skills to Advance, Back to Education Initiative and BA Degree.

Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education (CDCFE) offers over sixty Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) Courses at QQI levels 4, 5 and 6 and Higher National Diplomas(HND) in a wide range of disciplines. We also offer apprenticeships, traineeships as well as BA Honours degrees.

CDCFE is located across four campuses, Coolock, Raheny, Kilbarrack and Malahide and provides programmes delivered by a team of tutors dedicated to the highest standards of teaching and learning in a caring, supportive and friendly atmosphere. CAO points are not required and our courses are generally free of charge for applicants who are in receipt of social welfare.
