A Gentle and Supportive Path to Becoming a Professional Homeopath
Professional Practitioner Training Course | Dublin 2025 to 2026
If you feel drawn to natural healing, to supporting others, and to doing something that feels deeply meaningful, you are not alone. Many of our students arrive with that same quiet sense of calling. They come from all walks of life, often with families to care for, jobs to manage, and busy schedules to juggle.
At the Irish School of Homeopathy, we understand those commitments. Our course is designed to meet you where you are, and to walk alongside you at a steady and thoughtful pace.
Learn in a Way That Fits Your Life
The course runs over eleven weekends between September and June. You can choose to attend in person or join online through Zoom. Every class is recorded, so you can catch up or review at a time that works for you.
This flexible structure allows you to fully take part in your studies without having to step away from the rest of your life.
Real Experience from the Very Beginning
Homeopathy is something you learn by doing as well as studying. From your first year, you will observe experienced prescribing for acute cases. In your second year, you will begin working more closely with cases in your study group. By the third and fourth years, you will be taking part in our school clinic, learning how to take chronic cases, analyse them, and offer remedies — all under the careful guidance of our clinical supervisors.
This practical experience builds confidence, deepens your skills, and prepares you to step into practice when you graduate.
Support Every Step of the Way
You will never feel alone on this path. Each year group has its own dedicated tutor who is there to guide you, answer questions, and offer support throughout the course. You will also be part of a small regional study group that meets weekly, with monthly visits from one of our tutors. These groups often become a source of encouragement, connection, and friendship.
Our tutors are all registered homeopaths and many trained at the school themselves. They understand the journey you are on and are here to support you fully.
Learning That Respects You
Assessments are gentle, ongoing, and designed to reflect your learning style. You will work on assignments, case studies, and projects throughout the year. There are no final exams. Instead, you will build a case portfolio and present your work at the end of your training, supported by both your tutor and an external examiner.
There are also informal check-ins twice a year to talk about how you are progressing and where you may need extra support.
