This in-person/blended course is made up of independent study online webinars on Chevron Colleges online learning platform Moodle and attending 2 classroom days in our Blanchardstown training centre in Dublin, (Eircode, D15 FP90) Duration: 8 weeks Start Date: 12th October 2026 Completion Date: 4th December 2026 Classroom Dates: 1 day face to to face session to take place in week 4 & week 6 Online/Independent learning: Completed over 8 weeks in between classes, allow to 4-7 hours of study each week in your own time and pace Work Placement: 10 hours of work experience is required for this module Live webinars: 2 live webinars will be scheduled during the course (2 hours each)

Entry RequirementsNo particular skills, knowledge or competence will be required of you for successful completion of this course, however you will be expected to have a minimum of Level 4 Certificate standard of education or equivalent together with a strong interest in the provision of quality care. It is essential that you have competence in written and spoken English, along with computer literacy skills. If English is not your 1st language, then any of the below English proficiency exams will suffice:

IELTS score 6.0 or above
Duolingo score of 105 or higher
Cambridge score of FCE or higher
Any assessment CEFR B2+ or higher
