Paint Your Soul (Available as a Group Workshop or 1:1 Session)

Overview

I’ve been supporting individuals and groups to “LET IT GO” in my Declutter Therapy modality since 2010 and now I’m offering Paint Your Soul 1:1 Session or Group Workshops. In this specially-designed session or workshop, I share the key principles of what I’ve experienced in my own personal and professional journey. I show you how learning to let go and connect with myself has influenced my intuitive approach to painting and I help you find this soulful expression within yourself.

The workshop marries spiritual guidance and energy techniques with the practical application of painting. It’s a fun, inspiring and transformative experience for total art beginners and those who don’t see themselves as creative to seasoned artists who want to explore a fresh or more abstract or instinctive way of creating.
