Moving into Management requires the learning of a new sets of skills in order to successfully transition from individual contributor to leader and manager.
This two-day programme will help participants gain an understanding of the role of the manager and the skills and competencies required for effective management. The course will focus on key skills of people management such as motivation, communication, delegation, performance management and conflict resolution.
This course will be of benefit to staff who are newly recruited into a managerial or supervisory role or those who wish to acquire or refresh their day-to-day people management skills.
