The two day Clerical Officer programme is designed for staff at Clerical Officer (CO) level, whose role is mainly operational, to enable them to contribute fully to the achievement of Departmental goals, particularly in the delivery and implementation of policy, The aim of the programme is to provide an opportunity for staff of government departments, offices and state agencies, to develop the competencies required to be effective in the CO role and to acquire a firm understanding of what is expected from civil servants.
