The Managing People programme will help participants gain an understanding of the responsibilities of managing and supervising others and will focus on key skills of people management such as motivation, communication, delegation, performance management and conflict resolution.
This one-year, part-time programme analyses public management issues using models and concepts from the social sciences and quantitative disciplines.
This programme covers critical skills areas, including project initiation; schedule development, monitoring and control; team management.
Moving into Management requires the learning of a new sets of skills in order to successfully transition from individual contributor to leader and manager.
