The aim of this course is to up-skill existing science graduates and provide them with knowledge of the use and potential of biotechnology in food and animal feed production and processing.
The aim of this one-year Springboard+ programme is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and competence necessary for a career in a professional cookery environment.
This two year part-time honours degree programme follows on from the level 7 Event Management programme, providing learners with an in-depth knowledge of the Event industry, enhancing superb employment opportunities.
This 1 semester, 10-credit programme has been developed in collaboration with Teagasc Ballyhaise Agricultural College.
