For your chance to see all that Waterford Institute of Technology has to offer you, come along to one of WIT’s Autumn Open Days in the WIT Arena on Friday, 23 November and Saturday, 24 November 2018.

The event focuses on undergraduate entry for September 2019 but also showcases the opportunities for portgraduate learning and research and flexible study through their School of Lifelong Learning & Education.

CAO Undergraduate

The institute has 70 CAO courses across a range of discipines including business, engineering and architecture, sports and nursing, law, social sciences, arts and psychology, the creative & performing arts, languages, tourism and hospitality, science and computing. WIT’s Autumn Open Days include presentations on all CAO courses, including new courses for 2019, as well as the opportunity to experience what it would be like to study on those courses and talk to lecturers directly. This events are mainly aimed at 6th Year Leaving Certificate students, their parents and guidance counsellors, but we also welcome 5th years and anyone considering college in September 2019.

Postgraduate opportunities

The Institute has long had an impressive portfolio of postgraduate programmes with more than 50 taught Masters and postgrad programmes to choose from. For an up-to-date listing of options, visit their postgrad programmes webpage.

Flexible learning opportunities

The institute offers over 50 flexible and part-time programmes, in addition to WIT’s Springboard portfolio. Their Lifelong Learning team will be the Autumn Open events to discuss opportunities with anyone interested in reskilling or upskilling in a more flexible way as well as with employers who would like to discuss bespoke programme development. Booking

School groups are advised to book using the WIT booking form on this page. Smaller groups and individuals can come along on either day without booking.
