The Courses.ie team would like to thank everyone who took the time to speak with us at Jobs Expo Dublin at the RDS on Saturday, 17 October 2026. It was a pleasure to meet so many talented, motivated people and hear about their career ambitions, interests and plans for the future.
Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to chat with jobseekers exploring new career directions, people looking to strengthen their existing skills and individuals considering further education or professional training. Hearing about the different paths people are taking, the challenges they face and the opportunities they hope to pursue made for some genuinely valuable conversations.
One of the key messages from our conversations was the importance of finding learning opportunities that connect with individual career goals. For some people, that might mean gaining a recognised qualification to enter a new sector. For others, it could involve developing specialist skills, building confidence, pursuing a hobby, or adding to their existing experience to improve their career prospects.
Choosing a course is an important decision, and having access to clear information about available options can make it easier to identify the right next step. Courses.ie helps people explore training and education across a wide range of subjects, making it easier to discover courses that match their interests and ambitions.
Thank you again to everyone who visited the Courses.ie team, shared their plans and asked questions about learning and career development. We hope our conversations helped you consider new possibilities and identify practical ways to work towards your goals.
If we spoke at Jobs Expo Dublin and you are now ready to explore your options, or if you are still deciding which direction to take, visit Courses.ie to browse courses across a variety of subjects and find learning opportunities that could help you take your next step.
