About Leadership & Resource Management Course

By the end of the training course the learner will be able to control the operation of the ship and care for persons on board at the operational level by the application of resource management, leadership and team working skills.

In this course you will explore a broad spectrum of the human condition and find out what makes us tick. This training is very effective in promoting an awareness of the issues that effect our ability to do the job in a safe and effective fashion day after day.

You will gain a greater understanding of Marine accidents and try to pick up the thread of where it started to go wrong, pretty soon common human element issues arise and you can find out how you might best manage the safe navigation using the human resource and ship board resource available to us.
