The Dyslexia Association of Ireland will deliver the following free Assistive Technology webinar series as part of College Awareness Week 2020.

Each webinar will look at areas that some dyslexic individuals may find challenging and highlight strategies and technologies that can ease these challenges.

  • Monday 23rd November will focus on memory and organisation.
  • Tuesday 24th November will concentrate on note-taking.
  • Wednesday 25th November will look at reading.
  • Thursday 26th November will focus on writing.

Dates: Monday, November 23 to Thursday, November 26, 2020.

Time: 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm each day

Your booking will give you access to each of the 4 webinars which will be delivered live and online via Zoom. You can choose to attend all or some of the webinars depending on your needs/interests.

Every child and adult has access to appropriate identification and support to achieve their full potential in education, training, employment and all aspects of life.

DAI works with and for people affected by dyslexia. We provide information, support services, engage in advocacy and raise awareness of dyslexia.

 

College Awareness Week

College Awareness Week is a national campaign which aims to promote the benefits of going to college, to help students of all ages to become college-ready and to showcase local role models. This year the campaign runs from 22 – 28 November.
