This week 26 – 30 April DCU are hosting webinars for prospective students. BSc in Global Challenges – New Course Webinar takes place on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:40 PM.

Have you got what it takes to change the world? Our innovative new degree, the BSc in Global Challenges at DCU, brings together technology and social science to give students the skills to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges such as climate change, global inequality, gender stereotypes and healthcare delivery.

This undergraduate degree is the only one of its kind in Ireland. Students will engage in challenge-based learning to develop solutions to real problems inspired by the public, private, and non-profit sectors and will undertake a paid work placement in year three of this degree.

Graduates of the BSc in Global Challenges will be prepared to be future leaders who are big picture thinkers, creative problem solvers, socially engaged and passionate about social and technological innovation.

Join our webinar for a full overview of this course, modules and opportunities. You will also have the chance to ask any questions that you may have, as well as hear what DCU has to offer. This session will last approximately 40 minutes.
