Take the next step in your emergency care career with the First Aid Response (FAR) Instructor Course from C-TAC (Coffey Training Assessment & Certification Ltd). Designed for qualified practitioners, this programme prepares participants to deliver professional First Aid Response training in accordance with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) education and training standards.
Starting on 26th August 2026 and finishing on 28th August 2026, the programme combines classroom learning with supervised teaching practice to help participants develop the knowledge, instructional skills, and confidence needed to become effective first aid instructors.
The course includes two classroom training days followed by three supervised instructing sessions, during which participants will assist experienced instructors, deliver sections of live courses under supervision, and complete their final instructor assessments. This practical approach ensures graduates gain valuable teaching experience before achieving certification.
Whether you want to train colleagues within your organisation, deliver accredited first aid courses professionally, or expand your existing healthcare qualifications, the FAR Instructor Course provides a recognised pathway into first aid education.
