Malahide Community School Adult Education is offering a Bread Making course, a perfect opportunity for anyone passionate about baking to hone their skills. This is a hands-on, practical course spanning 8 weeks, with each weekly session lasting 2.5 hours.

The course is designed to teach a variety of bread-making techniques. Participants will learn how to create a range of breads, including white, brown, assorted rolls, sweet breads, and classic soda bread. A key feature of the class is that each student will make their own bread every week, allowing for direct, practical application of the techniques taught.

The course is run by tutor Jenny Murray and is an in-class format with a maximum of 10 students. The total cost is €140, and this fee generously includes all the necessary ingredients for the course.

The class will be held on Monday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm, starting on September 15, 2025. Enrolment will open on Monday, August 18, at 11:00 am.
