Participant Profile:
This course is suitable for those who wish to learn the basic skills of traditional home baking; there are few things more welcoming than the smell of homemade cakes wafting from the oven. Ireland has a long tradition of baking various types of breads, cakes and puddings, including soda bread and barmbrack. This is a classroom based course NOTE: This course will take place at the O’Connell Avenue Campus, Limerick, V94 W651. Learners will be notified by text/email.
