In this class we will explore this wisdom in a way that is practical and applicable to our everyday life. To do this we will be learning White Crane Qi Gong as presented by The Jade Sun School of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

The benefits of Qi Gong are many including improved breathing, regulating the nervous system. It is also helpful in terms of mood, sleep and general well-being.
Lastly it can provide an excellent practice for anyone interested in exploring personal growth and development.
