This course has been designed to meet the needs of a variety of students wishing to study the scientific discipline of microbiology. It is specifically designed for those who did not satisfy the entry requirements for direct entry to a degree course, and adult returnees to education.
Students who pass all modules including course practical work (the pass mark in each subject is 50%) may be eligible for entry to a variety of Level 7 and 8 degree courses in Universities nationwide.
