Course Description
Pilates - Level 3
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The courses are a part of a systematic, progressive programme on the mat designed to stimulate and challenge the body at a pace suited to each individual.
This class is a more advanced level for students, who have good fitness levels and have been practicing Pilates for a number of terms.
Mat, towel and bottle of water required
