Pilates for all
The benefits of regular Pilates classes include improved posture, reduced risk of unjury, muscle strength and flexibility, increased core strength and stability. As well as overall improvements in peripheral movement and joint stability. This class is suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise after a long absence.
