Course Description

Pilates Beginners classes





Exercise class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class is not recommended for pregnant women. This class is aimed at the Beginner and is slower- paced than the Mixed Ability Pilates class. Students should bring their own mat. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that develops core stability, strength, and flexibility, and pays attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing.
