This course is suitable for individuals who wish to be able to lead, motivate and support a team in a childcare setting. In addition individuals will devise strategies for working in partnership with parents/carers and external organisations. Participant Profile: This course is a beginner's course for those who wish to equip themselves with the knowledge skill and competence to begin to use woodwork tools and equipment safely and to plan, design and carry out basic woodcraft tasks.
