MOOC on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

Commencing on 11 June and running over 5 weeks, the MOOC will feature online recorded and streamed presentations, together with interactive discussion forums and quizzes that allow participants to engage directly with our expert presenters.

Course content

This year’s MOOC will provide participants with a comprehensive guide to the evolving legal landscape of ESG, a detailed examination of ESG reporting obligations, together with an overview of common sustainability principles and frameworks, and a focused view of the impact on various sectors and industries. Expert speakers, lawyers and academics will examine many topics, including:

• developing an ESG strategy for your firm or business;
