Alternative dispute resolution processes are a growing area of practice for solicitors, barristers and other professionals. Mediation, arbitration, conciliation and other processes are increasingly integrated into the courts and state dispute resolution infrastructure. This course explores the different ADR processes and their role in modern legal practice.
In this course, participants will learn about how these processes work, how they are regulated and how they interact in the context of different disputes. The role of technology, and AI in particular, will be addressed and essential skills in working within these processes explored. Participants will leave with a template for integrating ADR into their practices for the benefit of their clients and their business.
This course is delivered using an innovative approach in self-directed, interactive online learning including video simulation and interviews with global ADR experts.
