Programme structure and approach to learning

Agriculture, food, and animal law govern the production, safety, and welfare of the agricultural sector in Ireland, our largest indigenous sector, generating over €16 billion in annual exports. This micro-credential will provide you with an insight into the agri-food and animal law domain, together with a practical understanding of the legislative and regulatory structures that apply. Animal health and welfare and the legal duties of owners will be examined. Recent case law and existing and future developments will be discussed in this constantly growing and evolving area.
