Life Coaching - The art of living (Online course)

We’ll go on an 8 week journey of personal discovery & growth in a supportive and positive atmosphere in this Life Coaching course. Through discussion, personal reflections, experiential exercises, and simple everyday home practices, we’ll work on growing awareness of ourselves, our meaning & purpose, what we really want and how to get it. We’ll also look at the obstacles currently keeping us stuck, identify and build our personal strengths, and design practical strategies to empower ourselves and get unstuck.
