Introduction to Pizza Dough (Group B)





This will be a hands-on course with a relaxed atmosphere where students will explore the art and science of dough-making, mastering techniques for creating Neapolitan, focaccia, New York-style, and Detroit-style pizzas. Using professional tools like dough scrapers, scales, and pizza ovens, students will develop skills in fermentation, shaping, and baking pizza dough.
