What does emotional intelligence mean? It is all about one’s emotions, how to handle them with reason, express emotions effectively and deal with challenges where your emotions come into play. The Emotional intelligence course will delve deep into how these social skills will benefit you, enable you to face challenges head on and build good social relationships. This course is ideal for managers and leaders who are in positions of power and need to find ways to deal and cope with highly charged emotional situations.
