Reflexology- learn to map reflex areas on your feet . Can be used for pain relief , relaxation and to promote wellbeing .
TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping, acupressure , acupuncture points
Learn about Fermentation to include hands on demo to make Kefir & Sauerkraut.
Your Chakras, learn how to balance your energetic field with colour and breath.
Basic Nutrition- learn about Carbs ,Proteins and Fats - Trade easy nutritional recipes.

About the Teacher

Thérèse Dolan is a Holistic Therapist working in both clinical practice and a Teacher here in BFEI.
She has a wealth of knowledge studying and working in Ireland and New York .
Thérèse has appeared on RTE and Radio discussing and demonstrating Holistic therapies.
Her Ethos - when a body gets to a stage of relaxation,  that's when healing occurs .
