Course Description
Greek Cookery with Pagona
If you are looking to surprise your friends and family with tasty traditional dishes from Greece, then you are in the right place! There are so many people that have been impressed by Greek dishes when on holidays. So, why don’t you also try this food at home?
The proposed dishes were carefully selected to cover a wide range of tastes: vegetarian dishes, meat-based, treats etc. The recipes are all long known by the locals, all inherited by our previous generation.
During the course you’ll meet new friends and get to know your fellow students better. The classes will extend your own experiences and background through cooperation. You will give yourself the chance to sharpen your taste; also to learn about some other culture! During the course, you’ll see your culinary skills improve.
