Invest in yourself to find some ‘Me-Time’ and get fit at the same time in this 1-hour workout for people over 60! The goal of this Fitness for Over 60’s class is to get people moving, and fitter. The class will focus on exercises to improve mobility, flexibility, overall strength and fitness. Everyone will be able to work to their own fitness level and ability. The workouts will involve minimal equipment and bodyweight exercises. The course is suitable for all fitness levels.
