A highly practical qualification in the critical area of Customer Service.

The Course has been designed to improve the skills of individuals who have no formal training in Customer Service by providing a comprehensive toolkit that covers key aspects of providing customer care.

You will gain an understanding of the role of the customer service in organisational effectiveness. Participants will acquire a range of verbal and non verbal skills required to meet customer needs, handle complaints and deliver excellent customer care.
