Drama Therapy Fundamentals





Learn how drama therapy uses playacting and theatre to improve mental health in this free online psychotherapy course. This psychotherapy course explains how drama therapy can assist patients during life transitions. We explore the benefits and therapeutic core processes of drama therapy and discuss the formation of metaphors and symbols and the development of role models.
