This 8-week interactive class is designed to help people who may feel stuck, overwhelmed or need some support in various aspects of their personal or professional lives. Through compassionate and supportive coaching, participants will learn practical tools to gain deeper insights into their lives, set and achieve goals, learn to release everyday emotional stress, build strength, and develop confidence.
This course is suitable for all levels as each class is tailored directly to the participants.
