Certified Mediation Training Programme (MII Accredited) is a course run by Institute of Public Administration, Dublin. It is a Classroom Based course with a duration of Seven Days - Three Modules. The overall aim of the Certified Mediation Training Programme is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Mediation as well as expertise in mediation skills for the management of workplace and organisational conflicts and disputes.

For those wishing to practice as professional mediators, this 60 hour programme is accredited by the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII) and leads to ‘Member‘ status of the MII.  On successful completion of this training  programme and a further separate ‘Assessment Day’, successful candidates are eligible to register at ‘Member’ level of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland.

  • Module Three: 26-28 February 2024

  • Module One: 5-6 March 2024

  • Module Three: 15-17 April 2024
Programme: September 2024 to October 2024
  • Module One: 12-13 September 2024
  • Module Two: 26-27 September 2024
  • Module Three: 14-16 October 2024
Programme: November 2024 to December 2024
  • Module One: 5-6 November 2024
  • Module Two: 19-20 November 2024
  • Module Three: 11-13 December 2024

This programme will be fully delivered on-site at the IPA in Dublin.  All participants must be in a position to attend all modules in person in Dublin.
