Students take four subjects and address such crucial topics as consitutional law, the principles of economics, the Irish sytem of government and the most influential theories of management.

The overall aim of the Certified Mediation training programme is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Mediation as well as expertise in mediation skills for the management of workplace and organisational conflicts and disputes.
This programme covers critical skills areas, including project initiation; schedule development, monitoring and control; team management.
The two-day Managing and Developing People programme will help participants gain an understanding of the responsibilities of managing and supervising others and will focus on key skills of people management.
