This part-time programme was developed to respond to skills needs identified in internal and external surveys, informal feedback, and knowledge of the current state of the veterinary industry.
Through case studies, live projects and practical exercises, this programme gives non-technical managers a foundation and understanding of the world of data and the confidence to develop fundamental, business-oriented questions about what the business needs, what business value is and how data can be used to create business value.
The aim of this one-year Springboard+ programme is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and competence necessary for a career in a professional cookery environment.
This 2 semester, 10-credit programme has been developed in collaboration with Teagasc Ballyhaise Agricultural College.
