Digital law governs the use, creation, and management of digital technologies, ensuring legal compliance, data protection, and accountability in the digital environment. This programme is comprised of three modules that together make up a set of relevant, practical guidelines for any person who is responsible for the legal challenges that may ensue from the increase in our use of digital platforms and media and are skills that the industry has identified a need for. Learners can access the programme for any part of the country and it has been informed by many of the law firms and employers that contributed to the module(s) development.
