Behavior Change Models for Health Promotion: Intrapersonal Models
In this free online course, you will learn how behavior change models are used to design health promotion programs. How do you persuade people to adopt healthy behaviors? It’s challenging! In this course, you will learn about three models of health behavior change that will help you meet that challenge. These models describe the intrapersonal factors that influence the choices people make about their health. You will learn how public health professionals use models like these to design effective health promotion and communication activities.
