Nutritious, budget-conscious meals suitable for family cooking; main courses, starters, desserts. The full Beginners Cookery programme will be given on first night. Students will cook in every class and will be informed what to bring to class in advance of the start of the course. Students must bring in own ingredients and containers to bring food home.

This course is intended for people who have already completed a minimum of 10 weeks' tuition in Portuguese.
The Creative Embroidery course will cover a range of hand-stitches and applique techniques through demonstration, practice sampling and the application of techniques to tutor led or the student’s own embroidery projects.
