The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is an Act that must be implemented in all types and sizes of companies and businesses across the United Kingdom. Employees are expected to receive fire awareness training as induction when they join a company for the first time, else, as a group training. The Basic Fire Safety Awareness course will provide an understanding of the dangers of fires and the course of action you can take to reduce the risks of fires and implement safety controls in the workplace. Whether you are directly involved in incidents of fire or work in a regular job, this course is suitable for all levels of employees.

There are key modules fully explored in this course that covers legislation related to fires and incidents, how fires are classified in the UK, the stages of fire, how a fire spreads and how to prevent fire in certain situations. You will also learn about fire extinguishers and how to put out a fire in case of an emergency.
