Designed in association with the Institute of Industrial Engineers the qualification is a one-year part-time learning top-up degree at NFQ Level 7 validated by QQI. Entry RequirementsBachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering •Holders of Higher Certificate awards in engineering or related cognate disciplines who would be in a position to benefit from the programme. •Holders of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) Diploma qualification in Industrial Engineering with direct experience of industrial engineering. •Mature applicants with qualifications and experience deemed equivalent by the College’s QQI approved ROL and RPEL policies. Minor Awards (Single Modules) •Candidates with NFQ Level 6 qualifications or higher who would be in a position to benefit from and succeed in constituent modules of the programme •Mature applicants with qualifications and experience deemed equivalent by the College’s QQI approved ROL and RPEL policies.
Carear PathAcademic Progression: Learners who satisfactorily complete the B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering in its entirety may be considered eligible to join related Level 8 programmes depending on their particular combination of qualifications and experience and their suitability to the particular programme to which they wish to progress. ....
