| Career Path | Graduates from the Level 6 programmers may apply for advanced entry on a range of level 7 or level 8 degree programmers in many universities or technological universities around the country. Alternatively, graduates may seek immediate employment in a range of business/industry areas. Graduates from this course may access veterinary nursing degrees in major universities. TUD also accept this course for entry to general science and bioscience degrees. This course links with General Science in UCD (e.g. Zoology) and Agricultural Science in UCD. Other graduates have gone onto further study in Wildlife Biology (Munster Technological University, Tralee), Marine Biology (Atlantic Technological University GMIT), Bio-Veterinary at Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone or Munster Technological University, Tralee.
