This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge needed to enable attendees to inspect scaffolds correctly. The course will give trainees a thorough understanding of :Regulatons and Approved Codes of Practice; Scaffolding terminology; Tubes, boards and fittings;Ladders, Scaffold ties; Construction of basic access scaffolds (including: independent, birdcage, towers & system scaffolds).

Purpose of this course is to provide participants with the opportunity to become, competent in applying the skills, knowledge & attitudes associated with the safe erection /dismantling of scaffolding

This course is desinged to develop the participants understanding of scaffolding componets, forms of construction and inspection porcedures for non desinged scaffolds, to comply with the current legislation and codes of practice.
